Refund Policy
This document sets forth the Refund Policy applicable to all services procured through the Platform. Users are advised to read the following terms carefully prior to making any purchase.

Finality of Sale
All transactions completed via the Platform shall be deemed final. No refunds shall be entertained once a service has been successfully purchased and the transaction duly processed. -
Non-Refundable Services
The nature of the services provided does not permit cancellation or refund once the deal has been confirmed. Accordingly, no refund requests shall be accepted under any circumstances post-confirmation. -
Clarification Clause
For the avoidance of doubt, once a deal is concluded and the terms accepted by both parties, the transaction shall be considered irrevocable and non-refundable.
Note: No refunds shall be issued after the agreement or transaction has been finalized.
